Some books are very hard to get hold off..  If you try several book stores you may get the book you are looking for.  You may also be fortunate to have friends, brothers and sisters who may be kind enough to lend you their copy.  We are working on a reference library to make available as much material as possible for those who are unable to get access to these materials.  We will keep you posted on the progress of this.
